Vegetable Soup Recipe for Quick Blood Sugar Control

This vegetable soup is a real treasure for managing blood sugar levels effectively. Packed with fresh, healthy ingredients, it provides a satisfying and nutritious meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried basil to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the vegetables
    Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the carrot into rounds. Chop the bell pepper, cabbage, celery, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cooking the soup
    In a large pot, add 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
